It sounds trite to say that meeting with Brad Chandler changed my life, but that's the phrase that comes to mind on repeat when thinking about the coaching sessions that I have been a part of. He is a dynamic thought leader with wisdom paired with empathy and understanding that allows for emotional breakthroughs that dramatically affect business performance. With humility and humor, paradigm shifts occur almost every time. I couldn't recommend him stronger and encourage you to invest in yourself and your business to engage with him on whatever level you can.

FAQ

  • What is a 'session'? How long is it?

I personally hate the ticking clock of a typical coach/therapy session. So when I book a session with a client, we'll assume it's around an hour but I typically request that you don't have to run off to anything afterward just in case we go over- which normally happens.

My goal is that we accomplish our intention for each session and that shouldn't be dictated by time, in my opinion. There will be a natural flow of the conversation and for things to sink in. I prefer to follow that. We always know when the conversation is coming to a close naturally.

  • Who is involved in the 1:1?

They'll all be on Zoom. These are 1:1. Or I should say, it's me and whoever you would like to include on the call. Do you have an assistant that is very involved in your day-to-day strategy? It might be helpful for them to be included once in a while. My mission is for impact so whatever that looks like for you is great!

  • Are the sessions weekly? What if I fall behind?

I don't like an assumed recurring session. Just because it's every Monday at 5PM doesn't mean that you'll have been able to fully integrate the new things you've been working on! Of course, if accountability is something that is needed- it's a different conversation. But I always start with the assumption that sessions should be held as needed- not just because. So if that means you are really taking time to implement tactics and need a few weeks- I say super. It's based on your needs. It's your process. But it's your process. My mission for you is lasting change and achievement of your goals- the timeline is up to you.

  • Is there a set Program? What's the goal?

What I do with/for each client is different. Take my business clients for example: some I offer pure business strategy and tactics and others, we work with the psychology that is limiting their businesses from scaling.

My purpose in meeting with people in a coaching fashion is that I have a keen ability to listen intently and see clearly. Meaning, by really understanding the landscape of how you perceive yourself and your goals I'm able to guide the conversation, reveal blind spots, help with realizations, and ultimately- deliver you to what you hope to take away from our time together.

So, to answer in another way- it's a sort of dance. My job is to follow the lead of your vision you might not understand and then provide you practical ways to make those visions real. Homework, material to work through, etc? Yes, as needed. But since there is not a pre-determined course, it's only as/if it seems appropriate.
